There are several ways to install Foglyn into your application:

via Discovery Connector (available since Eclipse 3.5/Mylyn 3.2)
by installing from update site (see instructions):
http://update.foglyn.com/stable
by extracting ZIP archive (foglyn-1.6.1.zip, 1.5 MB) into dropins directory.
